Eva Jones
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
A warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy
Often, we can feel as though we have to navigate life’s challenges on our own, or come to believe that struggle is simply something we must endure. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and better understand the patterns, experiences, and emotions shaping your life.
Eva strives to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, welcoming, and grounded in warmth, trust, and respect. Her approach is client-centred, integrative, holistic, and trauma-informed, supporting clients in exploring what matters most to them and moving toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned.
Drawing from Internal Family Systems (parts work), mindfulness-based approaches, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Feminist Theory, Eva works collaboratively with clients to find an approach that honours their unique experiences, needs, and goals.
Eva has experience supporting neurodiverse individuals and families through both ABA therapy and non-directive play therapy. She has also worked in non-profit settings utilizing the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model.
Eva approaches this work with curiosity, care, and a belief in each person’s ability to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.
